在中山医院担任护士的北川敏子（麻吹淳子饰）美丽温柔，她与同事洋子（朝霧友香饰）是一对同性恋人。虽则如胶似漆，不过敏子最终选择与英俊的年轻医生佐山（中丸信饰）步入婚姻殿堂。在结婚前的几天，敏子接到曾经的病人内村光枝（橘雪子饰）的来信，对方诚挚地邀请她来家中做客。敏子应约前往，进屋后却发现光枝被五花大绑捆在地上，紧接着两个戴着面具的男人突然出现，对敏子进行了毫无人道的侮辱。在此之后，敏子的身心遭受巨大创伤，即使幸福的蜜月也无法弥合她心中的伤痛。随着时间的流逝，她的脸上渐渐崭露笑容，然而那段不堪回首的回忆却又突然袭来……
