30年代上海的一个爱情鬼故事，沈君初深爱着自己的女友徐曼丽，但就在他买了戒指约曼丽见面的时候曼丽被车撞死。从此他心中一直对曼丽念念不忘，还把曼丽所有的遗物搬回家中的阁楼。而后他在不情愿的情况下娶了一个名叫三三的女人为妻。就在三三苦于得不到沈君初的爱的时候她遇到了曼丽的鬼魂，并且慢慢的被曼丽所控制……。
